BBQ and Aquarium visit

Apologies for the late post from yesterday, we hope you're all doing well,
Friday was a good day, we were offered a guided tour around Nordsøen oceanarium by Anders Østerby and very kindly given a lift in the car by Jørgen, Michaela, and Taima enjoyed one particularly friendly young harbour seal who didn't seem to want us to leave. Anders showed us the different types of plankton we can find in the waters around the coast and explained what lessons and courses they are offering to schools and classes to teach them about the oceans, such as our relationships with it, its history such as evolution and what we can do to help. After we returned from the aquarium, me and Taima updated the freezer list of all the dead birds found or brought to us in the area which was interesting to look at all the species up close. we then prepared for the BBQ we had in the evening, preparing the food the drink and the BBQs. As everyone arrived, it was nice to see some new faces and get to know everyone better, as well as a sort of farewell to Jonas and Michaela who will be leaving us on Monday to celebrate the time they have shared here and done for the station during their stay. Once again a big thank you to everyone who came, Jesper for the pictures, and Jørgen for helping get the BBQs ready as non of us really knew what we were doing!
