Easter bunny ahead

Today Bjørn and I started the day with a migration counting at Grenen at verdens ende 3. We had a sunny day with a little of wind form west but not so strong has we expected. We had a big passage of Gannet (Sule) who passed almost in continuous during the 4 hours of observation and we saw also Sandwich Tern (Splitterne) back from the its winter quaters in West Africa.
During this time Joakim took his exam on Ecology for his university in the apartment. He seems to have well succeed so he is happy! Thanks to the little note on the door, nobody has disturbed him during the test.

This morning we also had the visit of Rita, and she gave us an Easter present, very kind of her with some very cute Easter napkins! Thank you so much, Rita!

During the afternoon with Bjørn, wedecided to go at the Skagen harbor to try to find a Glaucous gull (Gråmåge), wesawa lot ofGulls indeed but not the onewe were looking for unfortunately maybe another day! We didn’t came for nothing, though, because we found five Gulls with colors ring that we took in picture, so it was nice!

Esben and Joakim stayed at the apartment to do some computer work and have some time on reading.

As it was the first of April today, Simon tried to fooll us with a very fun story about bones of Dinosor lost in the beach and we had to go look for them at north beach but the joke was short because some of us firgure out it was an april fools quickly, next year maybe it will work !
